During our recent Teacher and A.N.T.S. (Appreciation for Non-Teaching Staff) Celebration, the HFSE community came together to honour the people whose dedication, service and teamwork continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and families.

Every memorable school event, successful programme and positive student experience is the result of collaboration.

HFSE Teachers inspire learning, mentor students and help shape character. At the same time, non-teaching staff ensure that school operations run smoothly. As a result, students benefit from a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where learning can flourish.

Together, they form the foundation of the HFSE experience.

Furthermore, while students interact with different people throughout the day, every member of the HFSE team contributes to the same mission: creating global citizens who make an HFSEan difference.

Honouring Our A.N.T.S.

On 12 July, HFSE hosted its annual A.N.T.S. Day (Appreciation for Non-Teaching Staff) celebration. The event recognised the invaluable contributions of individuals who often work behind the scenes. Nevertheless, their impact on school life remains significant.

This year’s celebration embraced the theme:

“Harmony in Creativity: Collaborative Beauty – A Beauty and the Beast Celebration”

The theme reflected the strong spirit of teamwork that exists throughout the HFSE community. Just as every part of a performance contributes to the final masterpiece, every team member contributes to meaningful educational experiences.

Consequently, the celebration served as a reminder that success is built through collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to excellence.

A Community Celebration

The appreciation event featured performances and activities that highlighted gratitude and admiration throughout the community.

Students prepared dance presentations dedicated to staff members, while the school band entertained the audience with lively performances. Meanwhile, teaching staff presented a special performance of their own, creating an atmosphere filled with celebration, laughter and appreciation.

The evening also included a dinner and dance programme. As a result, members of the HFSE family had the opportunity to relax, connect, and celebrate the relationships that strengthen the school community.

These joyful moments demonstrated one of HFSE’s core beliefs: strong relationships are at the heart of a thriving educational environment.
