Subject Teacher – STAR (Sports, Talent, Arts, Rhythm)

POSITION DETAILS

Job Qualifications:

     

      • At least 2 years of relevant teaching or coaching experience in Sports, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Music, Dance, or related talent-based programmes at the Primary and/or Secondary level
      • Well-versed in age-appropriate instructional practices for Primary and Secondary students, with the ability to adapt activities to diverse learning needs and abilities
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Fine Arts, Music, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualifications)
      • Teaching qualification, coaching certification, or relevant professional accreditation is an advantage
      • Strong classroom and activity management skills, with a clear focus on student safety, discipline, and well-being
      • Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, and deliver engaging programmes, performances, training sessions, or showcases
      • A team player who is flexible, proactive, and able to multitask across events, CCAs/ECAs, performances, and school programmes
      • Passionate about holistic education, talent development, and continuous professional growth

    Job Details:

       

        • Organize and deliver the subject(s) curriculum and programs
        • Plan lessons ang prepare learning materials and resources
        • Provide a positive learning environment
        • Ensure student’s well-being and safety
        • Engage parents for feedback on students’ progress and gaps
        • Monitor and document students’ learning progress and gaps
        • Homeroom Teacher or Co-Homeroom Teacher
        • ECA/CCA and student support
        • Any other duties as assigned by the principal and management
