SUBJECT TUITION TEACHER
Teaching & Lesson Planning, Prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ needs and learning levels. Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the curriculum. Use innovative teaching methods to enhance understanding and retention. Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring
Assess students’ strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. Provide regular feedback and performance reports to students and parents. Assign and evaluate practice work, quizzes, and assessments.

STUDENT CARE ASSISTANT
Assist in supervising students during daily activities, including homework time, meals, and playtime. Ensure students’ safety and well-being by maintaining a safe and structured environment. Provide assistance to students in completing homework and other educational tasks. Support the execution of enrichment activities, including games, arts and crafts, and educational programs.

FACILITIES & IT OFFICER
Ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, furniture, and common areas. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations. Coordinate repair, maintenance, and cleaning schedules with external vendors and in-house teams. Oversee security and safety measures, including access controls, CCTV, and emergency preparedness plans. Manage inventory of school assets and maintenance supplies.

GUIDANCE COUNSELOR
Develop the school’s guidance and counselling program. Design and implement counselling strategies and interventions to address the diverse academic, social, emotional, and career needs of students. Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to identify areas for program enhancement and ensure the effective delivery of counselling services. Regularly assess the impact and effectiveness of counselling initiatives through data analysis, student feedback, and outcome evaluations, and make adjustments as needed to improve program outcomes.

ADMIN ASSISTANT
Scan and digitize student records and other relevant documents. Ensure that all scanned files are clear, legible, and correctly formatted. Verify the accuracy of scanned documents and compare them with physical copies when necessary. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Troubleshoot scanning issues and report any equipment malfunctions.
Assist with basic clerical duties related to document management as needed. Follow institutional policies and data protection regulations.

ACADEMICS ASSISTANT
Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks within the academic department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and filing documents. Maintain and update student records, including attendance, grades, and academic progress reports in the school’s database. Serve as a liaison between students, parents, teachers, and administrative staff, handling inquiries and providing necessary information promptly.

SUBJECT TEACHERS
Preparation of Scheme of Work, setting of exams and tests, Delivery of syllabus and scheme of work, Preparation of student progress reports, evaluation, and grades, Communication with parents and conduct progress updates, Conduct enrichment classes during school holidays, Take charge of one Form Class, Take on a secondary role, Work with the Team to improve subject content and delivery

PARTNERSHIP AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
The Partnership and Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive the growth and sustainability of HFSE International School. This role involves creating business opportunities, expanding the school’s network of collaborators, and developing new revenue streams, ensuring alignment with the school’s vision and mission.

COMPLIANCE OFFICER
The Compliance Officer ensures that HFSE International School adheres to all internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards. This role includes implementing, monitoring, and updating compliance protocols, managing audits, and promoting a culture of ethical behavior within the institution.
