VOLUNTEER (BOOKS and UNIFORMS INVENTORY)
Count and record stock levels of books and uniforms accurately, Organize and label items clearly in storage areas, Help with data entry into inventory logs (physical or digital)

ADMISSION OFFICER
Act as first and continual point of contact for prospective families from enquiry to enrolment of new students at the school. Organize and conduct visits for prospective parents, always ensuring the maintenance of high-quality customer care. Follow best practice Admissions procedure and engage on-going development and training. Effectively participate in initiatives to drive student recruitment and enrolment opportunities.

SPED TEACHER
Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. Foster an inclusive learning environment and monitor student progress. Collaborate with general education teachers and communicate effectively with parents. Participate in professional development to enhance instructional strategies. Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements. Maintain a structured, organized work environment aligned with 5S standards.

SUBJECT TEACHER – RELIEF FOR ENGLISH, ENGLISH HUMANITIES AND LITERATURE
Organize and deliver the subject(s) curriculum and programs, Plan lessons ang prepare learning materials and resources, Provide a positive learning environment, Ensure student’s well-being and safety, Engage parents for feedback on students’ progress and gaps, Monitor and document students’ learning progress and gaps, Homeroom Teacher or Co-Homeroom Teacher, ECA/CCA and student support, Any other duties as assigned by the principal and management such as committees, projects, roadshows, fundraising etc.

AD HOC CENTRE ASSISTANT
Arrive on time and prepare the venue (e.g., arranging tables and chairs, assisting with AV setup). Welcome and assist guests, clients, and facilitators as needed. Maintain cleanliness and order during and after events. Follow a checklist and report missing or damaged items. Submit basic event report or feedback to the HAPI SPACE Manager. Assist with guest sign-ins, collecting feedback, or light admin tasks when requested. Take approved photos or videos for internal documentation and social media use

OFFICE ASSISTANT
Proficiency in market analysis and business strategy formulation. Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry. Manage and maintain academics and admin office common supplies and pantry supplies inventory. Manage, maintain and replenish school’s vending machine supplies inventory. Count and deposit vending machine sales. Recheck deliveries against invoices and manage inventory records.
STUDENT CARE ASSISTANT
Assist in supervising students during daily activities, including homework time, meals, and playtime. Ensure students’ safety and well-being by maintaining a safe and structured environment. Provide assistance to students in completing homework and other educational tasks. Support the execution of enrichment activities, including games, arts and crafts, and educational programs.

FACILITIES & IT OFFICER
Ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, furniture, and common areas. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations. Coordinate repair, maintenance, and cleaning schedules with external vendors and in-house teams. Oversee security and safety measures, including access controls, CCTV, and emergency preparedness plans. Manage inventory of school assets and maintenance supplies.

GUIDANCE COUNSELOR
Develop the school’s guidance and counselling program. Design and implement counselling strategies and interventions to address the diverse academic, social, emotional, and career needs of students. Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to identify areas for program enhancement and ensure the effective delivery of counselling services. Regularly assess the impact and effectiveness of counselling initiatives through data analysis, student feedback, and outcome evaluations, and make adjustments as needed to improve program outcomes.
