PICE Singapore General Assembly Celebrated Leadership and Unity in the Engineering Community
Strong professional organisations are built on dedicated leadership, active participation, and a shared commitment to growth. These qualities were clearly demonstrated during the 15th PICE Singapore General Assembly and Election.
Held in October 2025 at HFSE International School, Mountbatten, the event brought together members of the engineering community. It provided an opportunity to reflect on achievements, strengthen connections, and prepare for a new chapter of leadership.
The gathering celebrated the election of a new Board of Directors. More importantly, it highlighted the values of unity, solidarity, and service that continue to guide the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers Singapore Chapter (PICE Singapore).

Welcoming the PICE Singapore Board of Directors 2025–2026
One of the highlights of the event was the introduction of the newly elected Board of Directors for the 2025–2026 term.

The newly elected officers included:

- 1st Vice President: Engr. Marc Aldrich Matibag
- 2nd Vice President: Engr. Ma. Mylene Viray
- Secretary: Engr. Rolando Agdeppa Jr.
- Treasurer: Engr. Sherwin Bryan Agustin
- Public Relations Officer: Engr. Renel Russell Cancel
- Business Manager: Engr. Philip John Castillano
The organisation also introduced members of its key committees. Their expertise and dedication support various programmes throughout the year.
