Let Her Light Live On: Empowering Young Leaders
A Meaningful Gathering of Voices and Stories
HFSE International School, through Hapi Co, recently hosted Let Her Light Live On, a meaningful event that brought together women and young leaders through two thoughtfully designed sessions. The initiative created a space for reflection, conversation, and shared growth across generations.
The event highlighted the importance of connection, mentorship, and open dialogue in shaping confident and purposeful individuals.
Inspiring the Next Generation
In the afternoon session, students had the opportunity to engage with leaders from diverse fields. They listened to real life experiences, received practical advice, and explored different pathways for their future.
One thoughtful question from a student sparked deeper reflection. She asked how one can differentiate between passion and a hobby. This opened the door to meaningful discussions that encouraged students to think more intentionally about their aspirations.
The session concluded with a reflective activity. Each student wrote a letter to her future self, setting intentions and expressing hopes for the years ahead. As a result, students left with greater clarity and a stronger sense of purpose.
Creating Space for Honest Conversations
In the evening, the event welcomed 60 women from different backgrounds and life stages. The session focused on open and honest conversations about ambition, motherhood, balance, and personal growth.
Participants shared their stories and perspectives in a supportive and respectful environment. In addition, the space allowed women to listen, reflect, and learn from one another’s experiences.
As a result, the session fostered connection, encouragement, and inspiration among participants.
Building a Supportive Community
