POSITION DETAILS
Job Details:
- Organize and manage employee events such as birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, townhall meetings, and team-building activities.
- Develop and implement the Employee Recognition Program and coordinate Staff Development Day.
- Handle grievance and incident management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Oversee employee wellness initiatives and coaching and mentoring programs.
- Develop, update, and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Manage recordkeeping, documentation, and compliance audits.
- Administer benefits and compensation programs, including payroll and work pass applications.
- Prepare annual performance reports and manage reports preparation.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met.
- Protect employee privacy and data, and handle employee relations and dispute resolution.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, including employee relations, policy development, and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
