Job Qualifications:

- Degree in Education from a university or a registered Teacher qualification such as NIE Diploma or Post-Grad Diploma in Education, QTS or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in teaching
- Passionate about education, nurturing and caring for students
- Demonstrates exceptional work ethics and maintains high integrity
- Displays a positive attitude when encountering challenges
- Ability to be agile and work with ambiguity
- Embrace growth mindset

- Organize and deliver the subject(s) curriculum and programs
- Plan lessons ang prepare learning materials and resources
- Provide a positive learning environment
- Ensure student’s well-being and safety
- Engage parents for feedback on students’ progress and gaps
- Monitor and document students’ learning progress and gaps
- Homeroom Teacher or Co-Homeroom Teacher
- ECA/CCAand student support
- Any other duties as assigned by the principal and management
