Job Qualifications:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with children.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic first aid certification is a plus
Job Details:

- Assist in supervising students during daily activities, including homework time, meals, and playtime.
- Ensure students’ safety and well-being by maintaining a safe and structured environment.
- Provide assistance to students in completing homework and other educational tasks.
- Support the execution of enrichment activities, including games, arts and crafts, and educational programs.
- Engage students in group and individual activities to promote social and emotional development.
- Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies and promote positive student behaviour.
- Help address minor behavioural issues in alignment with the centre’s guidelines.
- Communicate with parents during drop-off and pick-up times, providing brief updates on their child’s progress and activities.
- Assist the Student Care Supervisor in coordinating information between parents, students, and staff.
- Help prepare and organize snacks, materials, and resources needed for daily activities.
- Ensure the student care area is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Observe and report any incidents, accidents, or injuries to the Student Care Supervisor promptly.
- Assist in completing necessary incident reports and documentation.
