Job Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of teaching experience in Pre-School or Early Childhood Education
- Knowledge of early childhood development and play-based learning approaches
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Teaching certification or early childhood qualification is an advantage
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills for young learners
- Patient, nurturing, and attentive to children’s needs
- Team-player, flexible, and able to multi-task
- Passionate about continuous professional development

- Organize and deliver the subject(s) curriculum and programs
- Plan lessons ang prepare learning materials and resources
- Provide a positive learning environment
- Ensure student’s well-being and safety
- Engage parents for feedback on students’ progress and gaps
- Monitor and document students’ learning progress and gaps
- Homeroom Teacher or Co-Homeroom Teacher
- ECA/CCA and student support
- Any other duties as assigned by the principal and management
