POSITION DETAILS
Job Details:
- Develop the school’s guidance and counselling program.
- Design and implement counselling strategies and interventions to address the diverse academic, social, emotional, and career needs of students.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to identify areas for program enhancement and ensure the effective delivery of counselling services.
- Regularly assess the impact and effectiveness of counselling initiatives through data analysis, student feedback, and outcome evaluations, and make adjustments as needed to improve program outcomes.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience in counseling, education, or a related field, often with a focus on working with children or adolescents.
- Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques.
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage but not required.
